Going global — EngScis in summer research around the world

Liu-Yi (Jamie) Wu (Year 3 EngSci) is one of over 30 EngSci students on international summer research placement. She is working at the Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron in Hamburg, Germany.

Every year the Division of Engineering Science supports over 30 students in international summer research placements at top institutions around the globe. Students can apply for these positions as early as the first year of their studies. Click here to see what three of them are up to this summer!
