GHGSat: Fighting Climate Change from Space

Global energy demand has transformed our world over the last 100 years, but it has also led to a global temperature rise that is increasingly changing our climate. I founded GHGSat to fight global climate change by finding and helping mitigate greenhouse gas emissions using satellites. The presentation will walk through the experience, successes and failures of starting and growing GHGSat together with an amazing team of scientists, engineers, technicians and business people. I will highlight where we are now, and the tremendous technical and human challenges remaining ahead of us.
